I finally attained enlightenment on that superbly irritating IBIBO - don't be a balti campaign thanks to a friend. It is supposed to be competing with Photobucket.com ! My god! I am a user of photobucket, and still it never struck me. I wonder if ANYbody got it. :-/
I also watched the second half of Om Shanti Om today. Farah Khan should be shot in the head. It is not even brainless entertainment. It is plain brainless stuff. And yes, horrible horrible lighting. :-/

That perfume shop opposite Keventer's in CP now has all the perfumes I may like. Yes, Nike's there too. And several hundred bucks cheaper. As of now I want to hope that it's fake stuff. If not, then I am definitely shopping from there in future. :-/

4. Friday June the 13th is the exact date and day of the Uphaar tragedy. It is making me nervous even sitting here.
- The campaign is NOT just about the fucking website you think it is.
- That Janpath place rocks. I remember picking up stuff like CK 1 for a 100 bucks. Smells genuine. Who cares.

Ibibo's campaign is irritaqting to say the least, it used to be amusing when it started but now I just change the channel when I see their ads. Anyhoo I am running out of perfumes and deos, does this shop stock Christian Dior ?
Their campaigns are extreeeeeemely irritating, but guess what, I did get that "don't be a balti" line!! Yikes.
That ad IS irritating! But then, if you show an ad right after every over in a cricket match, and then when someone gets out, and then during the interval, any ad is irritating!
Farah Khan happens to be one of the most intelligent directors of our times. Can we make so much money out of brainless entertainment? Can we create an "original" movie which is really a collage of past movies and mimicry of past actors and make it the biggest hit of the year?

Erm, you actually are one of the people they're talking to. And seriously, it's not that any idea behind even a shitty campaign would be supported by me if it's done by me or my team. It's just that at times people take things for plain ridiculous, when they actually have some substance. That campaign has a layered thought though. Just not rightly put, I guess. Anyway, look at the webpages, the campaign, I am sure it'll strike you.
