Yes, it is not the best policy. Yes, the government has not done anything right in the recent past. But they are right when they say that there cannot be any gain when there has been no mining in those coal blocks. Think about it! You would earn profits only if you are doing business. Criticise them for lack of production in those mines. For not giving requisite clearances in time. For sitting on a policy change for a long time. But what is this sensationalist nonsense about gains that could have been! How can it be a scam.
